MLT-HS4 All contains all HS4 files available from HS00xx to HS99xx. Total of 1200 HS4 files on the export to Japan side.
This file is useful for public institutions like embassies, government trade offices or medias (industry media, common media), who deals with multiple industries and wants to create cross HS4 statistics.
The file contains more than 45 million lines, so it is a very heavy file, which depending on the environment will take quite long time to download.
